Joshua Bruno

Director Of Citizen Diplomacy Programs

Josh joined WorldBoston in February 2020 as Manager of Citizen Diplomacy Programs, working on Custom Visitor Programs, the International Visitor Leadership Program, and the Fulbright Visiting Scholar Cultural Enrichment Program.

Josh’s background features the service of others, both domestically and abroad. Josh has volunteered in Bolivia and El Salvador, taught English in Spain and took graduate courses in Colombia. In 2017, Josh traveled to Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria to help provide emergency aid and assistance to families. Most recently, Josh has served as a coach for Latino/a students entering college in the Boston area, providing them with wrap-around support to help them succeed inside and outside of the classroom.

Josh holds a B.A. from Endicott College in International Studies and an M.A. from Boston University in Latin American Studies. He speaks Spanish and intermediate Italian.

Harrison Zeiberg

Community Engagement Manager

Harrison joined the WorldBoston team in February 2024 as the Community Engagement Manager.

Previously Harrison served as the Field Director for a local political campaign in his home city of Malden, and prior to that he served as an SCI AmeriCorps Member at the Network for Social Justice. As an SCI AmeriCorps Member, Harrison was involved in running a High School internship program along with the planning and execution of 20 community events.
 
Harrison holds a B.A. in History and Political Science from Wheaton College (MA) and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Pi Sigma Alpha academic honor societies. In his free time he likes to creatively write and is an avid reader.

Natalie Mase

Director of Operations and Global Engagement Programs

Natalie joined WorldBoston in May 2021, managing operations and Global Engagement programming.

She brings with her diverse professional experience in educational programming, for both domestic and international affairs. Most recently, Natalie was a Program Coordinator with Network 20/20, where she helped launch its Virtual Briefing Series and Foreign Affairs Discussion Group, expanding the organization’s reach to audiences in more than ninety countries. Prior to that, Natalie was a Docent with the Aspen Historical Society, introducing visitors from around the world to the rich history of the mining area and its neighboring ghost towns.

Natalie holds a B.A. in Political Science from Boston College, where she graduated as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society. She speaks advanced Modern Standard Arabic and enjoys hiking, jigsaw puzzles, and playing the French horn.

Sarah Sibley

Vice President for Citizen Diplomacy

Sarah joined the WorldBoston team in January 2016, overseeing WorldBoston Citizen Diplomacy programs, including the International Visitors Leadership Program.

Recently returned to the U.S. and her hometown of Plymouth near Boston, Sarah worked and studied in the United Kingdom and Morocco for the last five years.  In London, Sarah spent three years running child protection projects for vulnerable children and their families in Morocco with the Moroccan Children’s Trust (MCT), and also working in management and operations with its sister organization, Community Action for Refugees and Asylum Seekers. Sarah then joined the MCT team in southern Morocco as its sole delegate responsible for in-country coordination and development of its child protection and international volunteering projects

Sarah holds a B.A. from the College of William and Mary in International Relations, and an M.A. from Queen Mary, University of London in International Development.  She speaks French and intermediate Standard and Moroccan Arabic.

Mary P . Yntema

President & CEO

Mary joined WorldBoston in May 2014, bringing extensive international experience combined with nonprofit sector and management expertise. Prior to WorldBoston, Mary worked as a consultant on nonprofit governance. She has served as interim executive director of the Boston Center for Community and Justice, executing a historic program merger with YWCA Boston; as executive director of the Courageous Sailing Center of Boston; and as founding executive director of United Way Moscow, where she resided for eight years. Her corporate experience includes institutional equity sales at Brunswick UBS Warburg and Pioneer Securities and running a sales department as vice president of the Center for Business Skills Development, all in Moscow.

Mary is a former member of the board of MassEquality, where she served as an ally, and has served as a volunteer on the boards of United Way Moscow, the International Center for Not-for-Profit Law, the Brattle Film Foundation, and the Boston Center for Community and Justice. She is currently on the Board of the World Affairs Councils of America (WACA).

Mary holds an A.B. from Harvard University, an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School, and is a BoardSource Certified Governance Trainer.
