Edward Kargbo is an International Visitor Leadership Program alumnus and BBC Media Action Producer. He leads the production department at BBC Media Action, Sierra Leone, overseeing radio and social media production and content, and expands BBC Media Action’s network through partnerships and collaborations.
Live from his kitchen in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Edward will show us how to make a Sierra Leonean traditional rice dish. We’ll have facilitated informal conversation during the demonstration, a perfect opportunity to learn a bit about cooking and also current realities in West and East Africa.
