How does the evolving U.S.-China relationship impact the country, the state, and our communities? From supply chains to national security, new technologies to climate change, the future of both countries will be determined by their relations with one another and the global community.

Join WorldBoston and Suffolk University during the annual CHINA Town Hall program for a discussion of these topics and more. The event will begin with the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations’ nation-wide broadcast featuring Fareed Zakaria, CNN Worldwide Host and Columnist for The Washington Post, in discussion with NCUSCR’s Stephen Orlins. Following the broadcast, participants will have the opportunity for Q&A with Suffolk University’s Ronald Suleski.

CNN host and best-selling author Fareed Zakaria will be the featured speaker for CHINA Town Hall 2021, a national conversation on how the U.S.-China relationship affects our cities, towns, and communities, on October 19. From supply chains to national security, new technologies to climate change, the future of both countries will be determined by their relations with one another and the global community.

WorldBoston and Suffolk University will join more than 80 venues across the country for the program, which will feature Fareed Zakaria in conversation with National Committee on U.S.-China Relations President Stephen Orlins, followed by on-site discussions about U.S.-China relations and the issues that are having an impact on each local community, its institutions, and the people themselves.

Established in 1966, the National Committee on United States-China Relations is the leading American non-profit, non-partisan public affairs organization devoted to building constructive relations between the United States and Greater China.
